Ways to APply
The Kinship Navigator Program offers three different types of support:
subsidies for grandparents | subsidies for close family | emergency financial assistance
For each resource, you may apply online or contact us directly to work directly with a Kinship team member on your application.
BEFORE YOU APPLY

Apply Online
You can easily apply for support from the Grandparent Caregiver Program, the Close Relative Caregiver Program, and Emergency Financial Assistance directly from your computer. Please note that if this is your first time applying online, you’ll need to sign up for a new account.
Apply with a Kinship Team Member
If you would prefer not to use a computer or mobile device to apply for support, the Kinship Team can help. Please contact us and one of our team members will be happy to guide you through the application process.
